Yorgos Giotsas attended painting classes at the School of Fine Arts in Greece and graphic design at Hertfordshire University in the UK. He has lived in London, Istanbul and Athens. Today he lives and works between Italy and Greece. Several of his works belong to private and public collections in Greece and abroad such as the Museum of Contemporary Art and 20th-century in Monsummano (Italy), the Hungarian Open Air Museum at Szentendre, Budapest (Hungary), the Museum Kresow of Lubaczow (Poland), Queens College, New York (USA), Consulate General of Greece in New York and at the Italian American Museum, New York (USA).
